Fix tree-sitter tests on emba

* test/infra/Makefile.in: Revert tree-sitter relevant changes.

* test/infra/gitlab-ci.yml (test-tree-sitter): Remove
.tree-sitter-files-template.  List files explicitly.

* test/infra/test-jobs.yml: Regenerate.
